Sommelier Wednesdays
Beginning May 13th, 2026 

Each week, a sommelier from the Shift and Oeno team will be present on the floor providing thoughtful recommendations, food pairings, and insight into the wines that shape our program.

Join us Wednesday evening at Shift Kitchen and Bar for a more intentional approach to wine and dining. Rather than a traditional tasting or set menu, this experience offers a more personal and guided way to enjoy both, encouraging guests to explore our wine bottle selections alongside our menu while engaging with the team behind our wine program.
