Tastes of Mexico

Join us May 5th, 2026 for a special evening at Shift Kitchen and Bar as we host a collaborative dinner experience alongside Compa Spirits y Vino. This event will showcase a thoughtfully composed menu by our Chef Tam, along with an optional pairing beverage experience designed to complement the evening.

Event Details:
• Two seatings available: 5:00 PM & 7:15 PM
• Limited to 40 guests per seating
• Prix Fixed menu only format with an optional pairing experience

Pricing: Pricing for both the prix fixed menu and pairing options are currently being finalized and will be shared soon.

Reservations are now open and highly encouraged, due to the nature of this special event, a deposit may be required at time of booking. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions at the time of booking by noting them in your reservation or by contacting us directly.
